Q. Can we check-in before the check-in time and leave our luggage?
A. Yes, you can leave your luggage for sure, however, for early check-in, it depends on the situation of your room. If you
could inform us beforehand, we will do our best to prepare your room as fast as we can.
Q. Can you assign a room on the higher level and two rooms on the same level or
closer?
A. It depends on the other reservations and a room you book but we surely try to do it if there is any vacancy.
Q. Can you book a taxi?
A. Yes. Basically, we accept the request until the day before your check-out. We would appreciate if you could let us know the
information of the number of people and luggage to load when you check-in.
Q. Can you send a luggage to the address?
A. In case the address of recipient is in Japan, such as hotels or friend's house. We basically accept the request until the
day before your check-out. We do not have a service to send overseas in order to avoid any problems.
